Es handelt sich um ein Gas-Separations-System, dessen Funktion auf Diffusion in Hohlfaser-Membranen bzw. left;\">Sauerstoff, Kohlendioxid und Wasserstoff haben einen hohen Diffusionsgrad und verlassen auf Grund dessen das Luftgemisch sehr schnell. Die sauerstoffangereicherte Abluft verl\u00e4\u00dft das Faserb\u00fcndel seitlich und wird an die Umgebung abgegeben.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"justify\">Die Reinheit des Stickstoff l\u00e4sst sich mit dem Durchflu\u00df durch die Membranen regeln. Je h\u00f6her der Flow ist, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist auch der Anteil an Fremdgasen im Stickstoff. Dieses Restgas das haupts\u00e4chlich aus Sauerstoff besteht, enth\u00e4lt auch geringe Mengen an Argon und anderen Edelgasen. Diese kann man aber vernachl\u00e4ssigen und das gesamte Fremdgas als Sauerstoff ansehen. Die Reinheit des erzeugten Stickstoff ist von 95 bis 99,9 % einstellbar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column das nach dem Druckwechselprinzip arbeitende BF-N2-Verfahren (BF = Bergbau Forschung GmbH, Essen) mit Kohlenstoff-Molekularsieb (CMS) als Adsorptionsmittel.<br \/>Die Trennung von Stickstoff und Sauerstoff ist infolge des kinetischen Effektes m\u00f6glich. Der Sauerstoff wird von CMS mit erheblich gr\u00f6\u00dferer Geschwindigkeit adsorbiert als der Stickstoff, so dass am Austritt eines CMS-Bettes zun\u00e4chst N2 erscheint und erst zeitlich verz\u00f6gert O2. Der PSA-Prozess zur Stickstofferzeugung besteht aus zwei Zyklush\u00e4lften.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13bf1c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"13bf1c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"justify\">Das Kohlenstoffmolekularsieb nimmt in der ersten Zyklus-h\u00e4lfte aus unter Druck zugef\u00fchrter Luft, die zu etwa 79 % aus Stickstoff und zu 21 % aus Sauerstoff besteht, den Sauerstoff auf und trennt ihn damit vom Stickstoff ab. W\u00e4hrend dieser Phase kann der reine Stickstoff am Austritt des Adsorbers als Produktgas abgezogen werden.
